Locations of vacant lots and piles of rubble from around the city were scribed onto a 5”x5”x36” plexiglas column. Strings attached to the building gathered inside the column. A book inside the building contained photographs of some of the vacant and rubble sites as well as a map plotting these areas, using logos created to represent "vacant" and "rubble".
